It is very peaceful! The neighbors and atmosphere is great. I feel safe here at Waterway. Also, the staff whom work here are so sweet and caring!

It's conviently located to downtown Lexington, with shopping right close by. My building has been very quite, with friendly neighbors. The maintance staff is great and always willing to help. The management staff is friendly and helpful and make sure the grounds are well kept.

I enjoy living here. The location is great, because you are close to every kind of store or restaurant you might like to go to, but its set far enough back behind the main road, that you don't get that kind of attention or noise. The people who live around me are courteous and the staff are great. Also, the apartments are well maintained and clean.

i WOULD TELL THEM THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT PLACE TO COME STAY BECAUSE IT IS NEAR EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED AND IT IS NICE AND QUIET.
